Please fill out the following form to register for the feast
IMPORTANT NOTES:
This year, there will be a flat $50 deposit for feast registration. $30 of
that will go toward the cost of the big tabernacle/tent, and $20 will be credited toward the the final cost of your campsite.
This year, you will
sign up for activities after arriving at the campground. Deadline for
signing up is 5pm before the day the activity is scheduled.
You can look at the map
and request a specific campsite if you wish. Specific campsite requests are
given in the order received. If none are available, one will be assigned to
you.
If you participate in the
paid activities, you might miss out on other planned group activities.
Sorry, the schedule would be too rigorous otherwise. Signing up for too many
activities may result in a grueling schedule.
To participate in the campsite
activities, a medical background form and liability release form will need to be
mailed or faxed in.
You will not need to pay for
more than 4 persons per family for the campsite and activities. All children under 18 are included in the
count of up to 4. Anyone over 18 will need to pay the normal daily
rate.
All lodge rooms
have a minimum payment of 3 persons.
If you plan to come early or
leave late, it's important that you include those dates in the form below or
you may lose your campsite location. If you plan to arrive before September
23rd or stay after October 3rd, the 20% discount will not be given for the
additional dates.
Check-in time for the campsites
is 8:00AM and 3:00PM for the lodges. Check-out time for the lodges is
11:00AM and sundown for the campsites.
